How It Works
1. OCR Text Extraction
Tesseract OCR extracts all readable text from your image, with support for 48 languages and confidence scoring per word.
2. PII Detection
The extracted text is analyzed by Microsoft Presidio's NLP engine to detect 25 entity types — names, emails, phone numbers, credit cards, and more.
3. Smart Redaction
Detected PII is mapped back to pixel coordinates and covered with solid-color rectangles. Choose from 6 fill colors to match your needs.
